Miniature Donut Load Cell with USB Output
FUTEK Advanced Sensor Technology, Inc. (FUTEK) is pleased to announce a new addition to their USB Sensor Solutions Line. FUTEK is now offering their LTH350 Donut/Thru hole Load Cell with a USB Output option. The LTH350 Donut Load Cell is also part of FUTEK’s Miniature Load Cell Series Line. FUTEK specializes in providing miniature solutions such as the LLB350 for applications where space is limited.

USB S-Beam Load Cell (High Capacity)
The LSB600 S-Beam Load Cell is a high capacity tension and compression transducer with a wide capacity ranging from 10,000 lbs to 25,000 lbs. This new module is offered with USB output as an additional option. With the USB option, Engineers can eliminate the need for an analog amplifier, power supply, and display equipment making usage that much easier.

USB High Capacity Load Cell
The LCA600 is made from 17-4PH Stainless Steel material and is designed with a raised spherical surface used to lower the possibility of off center loading. Another feature of the LCA600 is its removable “ergonomic” handle for easy carrying. FUTEK high capacity load cells are designed to be compact, small and light in relation to their capacity. The LCA600 has a capacity range of 100,000 lbs to 300,000 lbs; other models can reach as high as 1million lbs.

USB Miniature Pressure Sensor
The PMP941 is an Ultra Miniature Pressure Sensor made from one piece of all titanium construction with a small mass molded cable. Its miniature ultra light design weighs < 10g allowing for a thin diaphragm and rugged side walls. This mini, light weight Pressure Sensor provides high performance with an output of 5V DC from a 5V DC +/- 10mV supply. Input pressure range is 73 PSI up to 5,800 PSI, withstanding vibrations of up to 50g at up to 20-2000Hz.

USB Reaction Torque Sensor
The standard TFF425 Reaction Torque Sensor can be modified or customized to meet your requirements. This Flange to Flange Reaction Torque Sensor can accommodate certain applications that include automotive braking, engine and transmission dynamometers, torque table, fastener testing, aircraft engine testing, and marine shaft torque measurements with shaft horsepower monitors. Available torque ranges are 5in-oz. to 500in-lb. (0.04 to 60 Nm).

USB Donut Load Cell
FUTEK Model LTH300 is a Donut Load Cell often used in compression or press applications and is available in 5 different thru hole diameter options per capacity range. The standard LTH300 Donut Load Cell model has a very robust construction available in 17-4 Stainless Steel, with an I.D. range of 1/8” to 3/8” and a 10 feet long 29 AWG 4 conductor shielded Teflon cable. You will also find an option for external matched output readily available.

USB Pancake Load Cell
The LCF400 Pancake Load Cell model has female/female threads, is made of 17-4 Stainless Steel and has a broad capacity ranging from 250 lbs to 5,000 lbs. This Pancake Load Cell utilizes metal foil strain gauge technology that offers the highest accuracy. It has Nonlinearity of ±0.10%, Bridge Resistance of 700 Ohms, and Deflection of 0.002 to 0.005” nominal.

The standard LSB350 S-Beam Load Cell model has female threads and comes in both anodized aluminum (500lbs – 1,000lbs). This particular Load Cell is also made of 17-4 stainless steel construction with 4 pin lemo receptacle or integrated cable and is available in metric threads.

The PFP350 is made from 17-4 Stainless Steel, weighs 5.5 oz, and FUTEK’s standard model has mV/V output. This Pressure Sensor ranges from 300 – 10,000 psi and is designed and manufactured in the USA.

USB Torque Sensor
FUTEK’s TFF400 Reaction Torque Sensor features a Flange to Flange mounting solution with torque measurements ranging from +/- 5 inch-oz to 500 inch-pounds. This particular Torque Sensor utilizes Metal Foil Strain Gage technology and features an Overload Protection for the low capacity units. This helps to prevent overload damage that may occur during installation. The TFF400 Torque Sensors are made from Aluminum and anodized for optimum durability.
