CSG Series
FUTEK’s newly improved CSG110 Strain Gauge Amplifier is an In-Line instrument tooled for any full-bridge strain gauged sensor with a mV/V output. The CSG110 Amplifier provides a VDC and/or Current output via its built-in regulated bridge excitation source. With several models available, users are sure to find an amplifier matching their specific requirements whether it calls for a bandwidth of 1kHz, 10kHz or 25 kHz. FUTEK even manufactures an OEM version of this model ( FSH01447, FSH01450), and as always, the CSG110 is both designed and manufactured in the USA.
|
CE & RoHs Approval
Sealed with approval of both CE and RoHS certifications, the CSG110 is a qualified instrument compatible with even the most sensitive of applications, such as medical. Manufactured with the end user in mind, FUTEK produced the CSG110 in a clean environment.

1 kHz, 10 kHz, & 25 kHz
FUTEK has now broadened the bandwidth of their CSG110 by adding a 10kHz and 25kHz version of the model to their repertoire. This allows the amplifier to cover a greater scale of applications, making the CSG110 the perfect one-stop-shop for your amplification needs.

Overvoltage Protection
Protection against unit damage is FUTEK’s high concentration. With the CSG110, FUTEK wanted to ensure that if the amplifier’s power supply exceeded 26 VDC the internal board would trigger a circuit in the device preventing damage to the overall unit.

Dip switches
The improved CSG110 has been constructed with the use of DIP switches in place of solder pads. This change accounts for the CSG110 being RoHS compliant, seeing as the amplifier is now free of any lead based materials.
|
Output Options
Unlike many amplifiers, FUTEK’s CSG110 provides the user with multiple output variations giving the user the option to adjust the output per their application’s requirements. The unit’s output options are: +/-5 VDC, +/-10 VDC, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, 0-16 mA, and 5-25 mA.

Made in the USA
Parallel to all FUTEK instruments, the CSG110 Signal Strain Gauge Amplifier was designed and manufactured in-house at our Irvine, California facility in the United States. Producing our units in-house allows FUTEK to ensure the highest quality standards.
