How do I place an online order?
Placing an online order can be facilitated through a FUTEK account or through a guest account. Merely select the products you wish to purchase in our Store, adding any additional instrumentation or configurations, and then proceed to your cart. At this stage, you may choose to complete your purchase with your pre-established FUTEK account, by opening a new account, or by proceeding as a guest. The following countries are permitted to place online orders: United States of America, Canada, Egypt, India and South America (excluding Colombia).
How do I find a sensor product using a item Number (usually starts with 3 letters and followed by 5 digits, such as FSH00001, GOD00001 and MCP00001)?
You can enter a FUTEK item number into any available search field and our search engine will bring up the related product. If you would like to perform a broad search such as all products beginning with “Load” or “FSH”, type it into the search box and the results will appear in a listed format.
Can I add instruments, Accessories and Calibration Services to my sensor order?
Yes. After selecting the sensor, you will be given a list related instruments, accessories and calibrations services.
How does FUTEK estimate the Shipping Cost?
We estimate the shipping cost per your order size and destination.
Can I use my own shipping account?
Yes, you may. Within your account settings, you may choose to include your own shipping account and carrier. Once this information has been entered, it will be saved to your account, allowing you to choose this option upon checkout.
Who will be the Shipping Carrier?
FUTEK will use the carrier that we believe offers the best value and delivery to our customers. If you have a shipping account and want to use that account, we will use your designated carrier for your order. Please enter Shipping Account # once you proceed to order.
Can I add Insurance to my order?
Yes. Once you Proceed to Order, you will be given the option of adding insurance to the order in Preferences. The insurance is based on the total value of your order (shipping and tax not included).
Is there an order maximum quantity?
There is no maximum limitation but we do recommend our high volume customers to contact us for their first order.
Can I change the order information online once an order has been placed?
No. Once the order has been placed, it can only be cancelled or changed by contacting FUTEK. This may result in cancellation fees, please call us for details.
Can I place an order through a representative/reseller?
Yes. Your regional sales representatives/resellers are here to help you with all your needs. Find a sales representative/reseller in your region. If there is no representative/reseller for your region, please place your order directly with FUTEK.
What services does FUTEK offer?
FUTEK offers calibration services, including repair or recalibration.
What’s the quick add feature in the cart?
The quick add allows users who know their item number to quickly insert it into the cart without browsing under our products and service page. This is ideal for repeat customers who order the same parts.
Who may I contact for a new quotation? (How can I receive a formal quotation?)
There are several avenues you can take to receive a FUTEK quotation. For your ease, our team developed an Online Inquiry Form, which will capture all the necessary information our Sales Representatives require in order to present you with a quotation. How can I check the status of my order?
Upon logging into your FUTEK account, utilize the order tab to view all your placed orders. This tab will identify which orders are booked, in transit, and received. If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact the appropriate personnel as outlined on our Contact Us page.
What shipment options does FUTEK offer?
For US we offer Ground, Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day. For international, we offer Economy and Expedited.
What is partial shipment?
Partial shipment is offered to customers that have placed orders for several products but only a limited amount is available for shipping. In such cases, we offer to ship out what is available until the remainder of the order becomes available. Partial shipment order option is always confirmed with customers prior to shipping.
Does FUTEK offer insurance on the shipment?
Yes. For those who are placing their orders online, an “insure shipment” option will appear once you have configured your entire order. If you are placing your order by phone, our sales associate will go over such options with you.
What shipping options do I have?
FUTEK will ship to most countries in the world. Shipping methods include: ground, expedited 3 day, expedited 2 day, expedited next day for shipment within US; Economy and Expedited for shipping to other countries and regions. Our carriers include FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL.

How do I delete my account?
For deleting your online account, you will need to contact FUTEK at (800)-23-FUTEK or 949-465-0900.
Is the information secure?
Any information in your FUTEK online account is encrypted and secured in our highly protected server in house. We will never allow any third party to access the information unless authorized by you.
I need more information on a sensor, what do I do?
You can contact us directly at (800)-23-FUTEK or fill out a request form letting us know what category of sensors you require and we will help you find the precise product for your application.
I am currently using a competitor’s product, but would like to make the switch to FUTEK. How can I find a compatible product?
