What terms do FUTEK offer?
We are pleased to extend the terms of NET 30 days to all U.S. customers who have already established a satisfactory credit account with us. New accounts will be processed on a pre-paid basis while credit is being established. International accounts will also be processed on a pre-paid basis. All orders are subject to final acceptance by FUTEK Advanced Sensor Technology. Prices are USA fund, F.O.B. origin, and are subject to change without notice.

You need to submit your application together with three credit references and one bank to us at sales@futek.com . Once your credit has been verified, you will be qualified for NET30. What shipment options does FUTEK offer?
For US we offer Ground, Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day. For international, we offer Economy and Expedited.
What is partial shipment?
Partial shipment is offered to customers that have placed orders for several products but only a limited amount is available for shipping. In such cases, we offer to ship out what is available until the remainder of the order becomes available. Partial shipment order option is always confirmed with customers prior to shipping.
Does FUTEK offer insurance on the shipment?
Yes. For those who are placing their orders online, an “insure shipment” option will appear once you have configured your entire order. If you are placing your order by phone, our sales associate will go over such options with you.
