Peak Hold: The maximum (peak) value in the positive direction is held.
Some types of Peak Holds will require a time period setting

Valley Hold: The maximum (valley) in the negative direction is held.

Peak-to-Peak Hold: The maximum difference from the triggered point is held. This triggered point is controlled by the T/H input.
