FUTEK’s FFP350 Force Sensor is designed for measuring force, surface pressure, and displacement. These sensors are a cost effective and reliable OEM solution for high volume applications. The FFP350 Force Sensor incorporates the balancing, compensating and conductive elements into its strain gauge which is laminated on to the 300-Stainless Steel flexure. With its thin, miniature design, the FFP350 Force Sensor is also useful in applications where vertical space is limited. It is available in a 1 lb capacity and it is ideal for use in process control, medical instrumentation, robotics, and automotive applications. The FFP350 Force Sensor is manufactured in USA.

Signal Conditioner (Amplifier)

The CSG110 is a General Purpose Amplifier solution for in-line amplification of any full bridge strain gauge type sensor with mV/V range output to provide VDC and/or Current output with built-in regulated bridge excitation source. This model is also available in an OEM version (FSH01447, FSH01450). The CSG110 product is designed and manufactured by FUTEK in the USA.

Intelligent Panel Mount

The IPM650 Intelligent Panel Mount is FUTEK’s solution that can be easily integrated to work with Load Cells, Torque Sensors and Pressure Sensors. The IPM650 has an input range of up to +/-500 mV/V. Beside the mV/V input, device accepts amplified output sensors in range of ± 12 VDC or up to 30 mA. It also has two individual relays and two Analog voltage and Analog current output. This device provides additional 24 VDC / 5VDC as power supply for sensors with built-in amplifier. FUTEK’s Panel Mount also supports TEDS which makes it easy to switch between different sensors. A high speed/ low noise/ high resolution (24 bits) ADC is integrated in the device to make it suitable for high accuracy measurements. This particular Panel Mount also has the capability of displaying values onto a computer through a USB link.

External High Resolution/Speed USB Output Kit

The new USB220 - External USB Kit module eliminates the need for an analog amplifier, power supply, and display equipment. The module is supplied by PC power through a USB Cable, providing excitation voltage for the sensor. The analog output voltage of the sensor is then digitized and processed by a microprocessor using the integrated high resolution (24 bits) analogue to digital converter (ADC). The on-board USB transiver (transmitter and receiver) device allows the microprocessor to communicate with the PC by means of the USB link. The USB integration works hand in hand with SENSIT Test and Measurement software, which allows users to monitor the actual output of the sensor in real time. This is calculated based on the calibration values stored inside the on-board memory. The easy plug and play gives you the power to monitor the sensor output and enjoy measurement that is less affected by noise, temperature variation and excitation. The USB220 product is designed and manufactured by FUTEK in the USA.
