Model LLB130 is a Miniature Load Button designed for Press, or Inline compression applications. The LLB130 Miniature Load Button model is made from a robust 17-4 PH Stainless Steel, with a subminiature 0.38 inch outside diameter.

Although Miniature Load Button are traditionally not known for their high accuracy, FUTEK engineers have dispelled this concept by continuously improving the accuracy of this product. These load cells achieve great accuracy and stiffness with a Nonlinearity of ±0.5% and Deflection of 0.002” nominal. You will also find options for external matched output readily available.

The standard LLB130 Miniature Load Button can be modified or customized to meet your requirements and most capacities are in our inventory, making them available for quick delivery. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in USA and uses metal foil strain gauge technology.

USB210 External USB Kit

The new USB210 - External USB Kit module eliminates the need for an analog amplifier, power supply, and display equipment. The module is supplied by PC power through a USB Cable providing excitation voltage for a sensor. The analog output voltage of a sensor is then digitized and processed by a microprocessor giving high resolution.

The Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) unit, is a part of the USB module. This allows the microprocessor to communicate with the PC by means of the USB link. The USB integration also includes FUTEK’s software which allows users to monitor the actual output of the sensor in real time (based on unit value) and save calibration values inside to module. This easy plug and play gives you the power to monitor the output of a sensor and enjoy measurement that is less affected by noise, temperature variation and power supply requirements.
