Product Description

Model LCF456 Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) is the Fatigue Rated version of the LCF455. Similar to the LCF455, the Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) is designed for tension and compression applications. The LCF456 Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) model comes with a tension base, making it suitable for Inline applications on Actuators or Threaded Assemblies. It is currently available in Anodized Aluminum for lower capacities (250 lb – 1,000 lb) and 17-4 Stainless Steel for higher capacities (2,500 lbs -5,000 lbs). You will also find options for Metric Threads and Amplified Version readily available.

The Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) offers high accuracy with a Nonlinearity of ±0.1% and Deflection of 0.002” to 0.005” nominal. The standard LCF456 Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) can be modified or customized to meet your requirements and most capacities are in our inventory, making them available for quick delivery. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in US and uses metal foil strain gauge technology.
