Product Description The LLW555 is a Load Washer Load Cell built for Press or Inline compression applications. The LLW555 Load Washer Load Cell standard model has a very robust construction available in 17-4 Stainless Steel with Anodized Aluminum cover, with a 2.98” outside diameter, and a 5 feet long 26 AWG 4 conductor spiral shielded Teflon cable.
The Load Washer Load Cell offers high stiffness with a Deflection of 0.001” nominal and Operating temperature of -60° F to 212° F. The Load Washer Load Cell can be modified or customized to meet your requirements and most capacities are in our inventory, making them available for quick delivery. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in USA and uses metal foil strain gauge technology.

External High Resolution/Speed USB Output Kit The new USB220 - External USB Kit module eliminates the need for an analog amplifier, power supply, and display equipment. The module is supplied by PC power through a USB Cable, providing excitation voltage for the sensor. The analog output voltage of the sensor is then digitized and processed by a microprocessor using the integrated high resolution (24 bits) analogue to digital converter (ADC). The on-board USB transiver (transmitter and receiver) device allows the microprocessor to communicate with the PC by means of the USB link. The USB integration works hand in hand with SENSIT Test and Measurement software, which allows users to monitor the actual output of the sensor in real time. This is calculated based on the calibration values stored inside the on-board memory. The easy plug and play gives you the power to monitor the sensor output and enjoy measurement that is less affected by noise, temperature variation and excitation. The USB220 product is designed and manufactured by FUTEK in the USA.
