Past accomplishments, such as our investment in a T3 connection positioned FUTEK for greater clientele support as well as outside web hosting. With our in-house strategy, we provide customer support online in addition to an internal ERP support. As for our immediate plans, we will implement an advanced version of ERP tailor-made for FUTEK by December of 2001, which will enhance our communication capability even further.

Seeking to increase the quality of FUTEK products, increasing production levels, with improving the cost efficiency, FUTEK augmented some of the finest-automated wire EDM and CNC machines and redirected all machining activities into our own facility. With this alteration and the support of the FUTEK Engineering Department, we are now fully capable of handling all designs and applications, which most facilities would decline.

As a part of the technical industry, customer support has been an elemental factor in FUTEK since its foundation. As early as 1999, FUTEK began a full support system via our website for all parts that were calibrated at FUTEK. With this unique feature, customers could access this data 24 hours a days 7 days a week. It is the expectations that we have for ourselves that allow FUTEK to stand in a league of its own.

The FUTEK Business Development Group, launched in January 2004, is the latest expansion model within the FUTEK Corporate Structure. Relying on both internal and external resources, the Business Development Group’s primary function is to establish strategic alliances and joint ventures with qualified vendors, customers, as well as competitors.

With a large customer application in the Medical Instrumentation Industry, FUTEK’s recruitment division expanded its consulting team as it added the expertise of Dr. Sepideh Borooshaky to its group. After succeeding the rigorous medical boards at the University of Tehran, Dr. Borooshaky positioned herself as a general practitioner and has now joined FUTEK as the missing link to the Business Development Group.

Having an extensive involvement in developing the FUTEK Team in both technical and administrative operations, the addition of Navid Mokhberi became necessary for the Business Development Groups structural success. With a Scandinavian educational background and a bachelor’s degree from the accredited International Relations Program at University of California San Diego, Navid brings a young yet well-formed momentum to the Business Development Group.

With more than sixteen years of experience in Semiconductor industry Moein Mousavi brings a creative manufacturing and business solution to FUTEK's Business Development Group. Moein joined the FUTEK team in early 2006 from National Semiconductor where he had served as a Business Planning Manager and has been involved in and coordinated several successful certification audit programs. Previously he worked for Delta Design and held variety of responsibilities. Moein began his career in the Semiconductor industry at Unisys Corporation in 1989 as a Production Control Analyst while he was a leading member of implementation team for Class A manufacturing certification, MRP and ISO program. He holds a Master degree in Industrial Management from Kansas University and bachelor degree in Economics from Tehran University.

Having over 19 years experience planning and purchasing for one of the worlds leading Sensor manufacturers,Maggie is a great addition to the team with responsibilities for developing and assisting in the implementation of a strong and innovative supply chain strategy designed to further position FUTEK as a leader in the industry.
