Load Cells
Product availability is one of primary objectives at FUTEK. We design and manufacturers a wide selection of Load Cells ranging from 10 grams up to 1,000,000 million pounds of force. These Load Cells are designed to measure both tensile and compression forces and are built at FUTEK’s state of the art facility in Irvine California (USA). Check out the broad range of Load Cells we offer with USB Output. Please note that some products may not show the USB Option in our Online Store.
Automotive USB Load Cells (LAU Series)
For over a decade, FUTEK Advanced Sensor Technology has been supporting the Automotive Industries’ Load Cell requirements in endurance testing, validation, verification and qualification. Our Automotive Load Cells are designed to fit a wide range of applications from component testing to full assembly. Specialty products such as our Low Profile Spike Resistant Pedal Force Sensor, Bi-Axial Stick Shift Sensor, and Compact Seat Belt Sensor are selected and fully trusted product throughout the Automotive Industry.
Canister USB Load Cells (LCA Series)
FUTEK provides a wide range of Canister Load Cells designed for high capacity compression applications. These models offer robust construction with a capacity range beginning at 2,000 lbs going up to 1 million lbs. FUTEK has also developed a miniature Canister Load Cell series for applications where size is a critical factor. Canister Load Cells are also commonly known as Load An additional design feature is the Canister Load Cell’s raised Spherical surface to lower the possibility of off center loading.
Rod End USB Load Cell (LCB Series)
FUTEK’s Rod End Load Cells provide an excellent solution for applications involving Inline Actuators or Hydraulic Jacks with Male/Female Threads where tensile and compression measurements are required. You will find a capacity range of 100 lbs to 20,000 lbs, and flexure options of 2024 Aluminum or 17-4 Stainless Steel. The series also includes Fatigue Rated models that can be used for high endurance applications.
Pancake USB Load Cell (LCF Series)
The Pancake Load Cell category offers 20 models built for Endurance, Off-Center Loading, or Inline applications. These models are available in a wide capacity range in Stainless Steel of Anodized Aluminum flexure, utilizing metal foil strain gauge technology. The LCF category features pancake type load cells with compact designs achieving accurate measurements in both tension and compression. Options such are in-line signal conditioned amplifier and/or TEDS / IEEE1451.4 are also available.
In-Line USB Load Cells (LCM Series)
FUTEK provides a wide range of In-line Load Cells built for Endurance, Off-Center Loading, Press, or Inline applications. These models offer robust construction with a capacity range beginning at 25 lbs going up to 700,000 lbs. FUTEK has also developed a miniature series for applications where size and tight environments are critical. The In-Line Load Cell series also offer high accuracy and high stiffness. Anyone of these In-Line Load Cells can be modified or customized to meet your requirements and most models are available in our inventory making it available for 24 hour shipping.
Load Button USB Load Cells (LLB Series)
FUTEK’s Load Button Load Cell sensors consist of Subminiature Load Button Load Cells and Miniature Load Button Load Cells. Both were developed for Off-Center Loading, Press, or Inline compression applications. Although Load Button Load Cells are traditionally not known for their high accuracy, FUTEK engineers have dispelled this concept by continuously improving the accuracy of this product. This series includes over 18 various Load Button Sensors with a capacity range of 1 lb up to 50,000 lbs.
Low Profile USB Load Cells (LRF Series)
The Low Profile Load Cell Series offers 4 models for in-line loading applications. You will find a capacity range of 10 lbs to 1000 lbs, and flexure options of 2024 Aluminum or 17-4 Stainless Steel. The LRF series features a compact design with accurate measurements in both Tension and compression and it is available with in-line signal conditioned amplifier and/or TEDS / IEEE1451.4 option.
S-Beam USB Load Cells (LSB Series)
FUTEK S Beam Load Cells (Tension/Compression) offer a compact design for a variety of applications. Available in standard and metric, the S Beam Load Cell series provides accuracy, compact design features, overload protection (select models), and a wide capacity range to choose from. S Beam Load Cells are also commonly known as Z Beam Load Cells or S Type Load Cells.
Single Point USB Load Cells (LSM Series)
The Side Mount Load Cell Category offers a series of models particularly geared for OEM applications in both tension and compression. Featuring a single point design, the Side Mount Load Cell Series provide easy installation and durability for the most challenging applications. These Side Mount Load Cells are also known as: Beam Load Cells or Single Point Load Cells. Design features include built-in overload protection, lightweight flexure, and a wide capacity range (100 gram to 500 lbs). These Load Cells can be used for a wide range of OEM applications such as Medical Bag weighing, Hand Held Force Gauge applications, Robotics, and Automated Pick and Place Devices.
Donut USB Load Cells (LTH Series)
The Thru Hole Donut Load Cell Series includes 5 models built for Off-Center Loading, Press, or Inline compression applications. These models have a very robust construction available in 17-4 Stainless Steel, with an I.D. range of 1/8" to 1 1/4". The Donut/Thru Hole Load Cell also offer high accuracy and high stiffness. The standard models can be modified or customized to meet your requirements and most models are available in our inventory making it available for 24 hour shipping. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in USA and uses metal foil strain gauge technology.
