FUTEK’s selection of Torque Sensors offers an array of options for various test and measurement applications. Our extensive Rotary and Reaction line of Torque Sensors offer excellent accuracy and performance (0.04 N-m to 500,000 N-m). General Reaction Type (TAT Series)

FUTEK’s TAT Series offers a diverse group of Torque Sensors used for test & measurement applications such as verification of bolt torque. The TAT Series includes 10 different designs offering an assortment of capacity options and sizing from miniature to heavy duty. These torque transducers utilize strain gauge technology and are fully compatible with our new USB Kit.

Square Drive to Flange Torque Sensors (TDF Series)

FUTEK’s TDF Series includes 4 Reaction type Torque Sensor models incorporating a square drive to flange design. Capacity options range from 5 in-oz to 240,000 in-oz with overload protection available on select models. These Torque sensors are designed and manufactured in our California (United States) facility utilizing strain gauge technology.

Flange to Flange Torque Sensors (TFF Series)
Reaction Type
The TFF Series includes 8 Reaction type Torque Sensor models incorporating a flange to flange design. This group also includes an OEM Model (TFF325) and features such as high temperature and internal amplifiers. Capacity options range from 5 in-oz to 300,000 in-oz with overload protection available on select models. These Torque sensors are designed and manufactured in our California (United States) facility utilizing strain gauge technology.

Square Drive Rotary Torque Sensors (TRD Series)

FUTEK’s TRD Series includes 3 square drive models suited for Rotary Torque Measurement. These torque sensors are offered with design option such as encoders, and a range of square drive sizes to choose from. Capacity options range from 6 N-m to 1,000 N-m with a great selection that is available in stock for prompt delivery. We currently offer our USB kit on our non-amplified rotary torque sensors. The USB module is currently not able to measure TTL signals which are used to measure speed, angle and power. For these types of measurements, we do offer a hand held solution.

Hex Drive Rotary Torque Sensors (TRH Series)

FUTEK’s TRH Series includes 2 hex drive models suited for Rotary Torque Measurement. These torque sensors are offered with design options of non-contact and encoders. Capacity options range from 0.5 N-m to 20 N-m with a great selection that is available in stock for prompt delivery. We currently offer our USB kit on our non-amplified rotary torque sensors. The USB module is currently not able to measure TTL signals which are used to measure speed, angle and power. For these types of measurements, we do offer a hand held solution. Shaft to Shaft Rotary Torque Sensors (TRS Series)
