Hand Held Digital Display (IHH200)
The IHH200 Hand Held Portable Digital Display is FUTEK’s solution that can be easily integrated to work with Load Cells, Torque Sensors and Pressure Sensors. The IHH200 has an input range of up to +/-5 mV/V and two selectable ranges which makes it easier to convert between different scales (lbs. and tons, ect.). FUTEK’s Hand Held display also supports TEDS which makes it easy to switch between different sensors. The IHH200 uses two AA batteries which add to its portability making it convenient for use with an automatic sleep function which lengthens the life of the battery. This particular Digital Display also has the capability of displaying values onto a computer through an RS232 connector.
USB Miniature Load Button (LLB130)
Model LLB130 is a Miniature Load Button designed for Press, or Inline compression applications. The LLB130 Miniature Load Button model is made from a robust 17-4 PH Stainless Steel, with a subminiature 0.38 inch outside diameter.These load cells achieve great accuracy and stiffness with a Nonlinearity of ±0.5% and Deflection of 0.002” nominal. You will also find options for external matched output readily available.The standard LLB130 Miniature Load Button can be modified or customized to meet your requirements and most capacities are in our inventory, making them available for quick delivery. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in USA and uses metal foil strain gauge technology.
USB Reaction Torque Sensor (TFF600)
The TFF600 Flange to Flange Reaction Torque Sensor can accommodate applications that include automotive braking, engine and transmission dynamometers, torque table, fastener testing, aircraft engine testing, and marine shaft torque measurements with shaft horsepower monitors. The TFF600 is available if both, aluminum and stainless steel construction and offers a unique solution for torque auditing applications.This particular Reaction Torque Sensor can be used to evaluate low-torque components and controls. Flange-reaction torque sensors measure small-reaction torque levels using flange-to-flange connections in-line with the component under test.
Torque and Thrust Biaxial Sensor (MBA500)
The MBA500 Torque and Thrust Bi-Axial load cell is design to measure reaction torque moments as well as tension and compression loads, all in one transducer. Temperature compensated and constructed of all aluminum, this torque/thrust sensor is able to achieve an impressive 0.2% nonlinearity and yet provide 150% (50 to 150 lb) 125% (200 lb) over-capacity. Excellent performance and high precision are achieved through two separate outputs for applied torque and thrust forces. Force/Torque sensors are used throughout industry for product testing, robotic assembly, grinding and polishing. In research, our sensors are used in robotic surgery, haptics, rehabilitation, neurology and many others applications. The MBA500 Torque and Thrust Biaxial Sensor offers an excellent solution for measuring Loads in tension and compression as well as torque in clockwise and counterclockwise direction. The MBA500 is compact weighing only 6.5 oz, and offers a compact design.
OEM Pressure Sensor (PMP300)
The PMP300 Pressure Sensor (OEM) is precision engineered and manufactured to fit many industrial and OEM pressure measurement applications. The rugged design provides resistance to vibration, shock, wide temperature variations, RFI and other extreme environmental conditions that are typical of industrial and OEM applications. Performance and reliability is enhanced by the all stainless steel welded measuring cell that eliminates the need for soft sealing material that may deteriorate over time. The state-of-the-art manufacturing and assembly process increases the long term reliability of the PMP300.
Rod End Bearing
Rod End Bearings help with alignment and are most often used on tension Load Cells to accommodate a shaft or rod with varying misalignment. All of the range is virtually maintenance free & many feature long-time lubrication. The High-Strength PTFE-Lined Ball Joint Rod End 10-32 Female Shank, has a 3,736 Pound Load Capacity. This heavy duty three-piece ball joint rod end has a PTFE-lined steel race that reduces the need for lubrication. They also have zinc-plated chrome-alloy steel housing (unless noted) and a chrome-plated 52100 bearing steel ball. The range includes heavy duty rod ends with an integral self-aligning ball or spherical roller and plain bearings in both male & female versions. They are available in either left or right hand threads. They are also available in chrome alloy steel, should the standard forged steel not be suitable for your application.
