What is a subscription license?

Customers have the option to acquire subscription licenses for different durations, granting them authorized use of the software throughout the agreed-upon timeframe. The subscription payment encompasses software licenses, access to support services, and updates to new software versions. Upon subscription expiration, access to FUTEK-developed software is no longer available.

If I don’t convert to a subscription, can I still use my perpetual license?

Yes, if your SENSIT® software license is perpetual from prior versions, you have the ongoing right to use the product indefinitely. Nevertheless, we strongly advise transitioning to the 12-month subscription-based license to ensure access to updates, new features, and compatibility with the latest FUTEK hardware.

What is the subscription term?

FUTEK offers term-based subscriptions, typically structured in 12-month intervals.

When does my subscription expire?

Subscription licenses expire on the contract anniversary date. You will receive a notification one month in advance of your expiration.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Our subscription plans are structured with a 12-month term commitment, providing uninterrupted and consistent service throughout this period. Your subscription will automatically end after the 12-month term unless you choose to renew it. At the end of the term, you’ll have the opportunity to explore renewal options or consider plans better suited to your evolving needs. We’re committed to enhancing our services continually for an even better experience in the future.

How can I use my subscription on a different computer if I already have it installed?

To facilitate a smooth transfer of the SENSIT® software license to a new device, please contact our technical support team for assistance. Upon your request, we will re-enable the license to be reinstalled on a different device using the same product key. This will also help ensure your subscription remains secure and compliant with our licensing terms.

How do I purchase a SENSIT License?

Choose between the SENSIT® Test and Measurement Software Item number FSH04877 or SENSIT Calibration Software Item Number FSH04878 depending on which you need in the table at the top of the page to go to the item page where you will have a configure button.
