Model QLA420 is a custom smart contact sensor designed for compression applications. It can be manufactured for a wide range of capacities while maintaining a low mass. It features a very low profile, with a maximum thickness of 0.1 in (2.54 mm). The loading surface is a spherical geometry with a radius of 0.031 in (0.79 mm). This load cell features an integrated SPI output and is thermally compensated from 60 to 160 °F (16 to 71 °C).
