Pancake Load Cell (Tension Base)

Model LCF655 Pancake Load Cell (Tension Base) is the LCF650 with the added Tension Base option. Similar to the LCF650, the LCF655 Pancake Load Cell (Tension Base) is designed for high capacity applications in tension and compression. The added tension base makes the LCF655 Pancake Load Cell (Tension Base) suitable for Inline Applications for Actuators or Threaded Assembles. The flexure is made from 17-4 Stainless Steel and it is currently provided in a 250,000 lbs capacity. Additional options such as Amplified Version are also available.

The LCF655 Pancake Load Cell (Tension Base) offers high accuracy with a Nonlinearity of ±0.1% and Deflection of 0.005” nominal. The standard LCF655 Pancake Load Cell (Tension Base) can be modified or customized to meet your requirements. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in US and uses metal foil strain gauge technology.
