Pancake Load Cell (Tension Base/Fatigue Rated)

Model LCF656 is a Pancake Load Cell (Tension Base/Fatigue Rated) with an added tension base. This model was designed for high capacity applications in tension and compression. The LCF656 Pancake Load Cell (Tension Base/Fatigue Rated) is made from 17-4 Stainless Steel in a 125,000 lbs capacity. The addition of the tension base makes the LCF655 suitable for Inline Applications for Actuators or Threaded Assembles. Options for Amplified Version are also available.

The Pancake Load Cell (Tension Base/Fatigue Rated) offers high accuracy. It has Nonlinearity of ±0.1% and Deflection of 0.005” nominal. The standard LCF656 Pancake Load Cell (Tension Base/Fatigue Rated) can be modified or customized to meet your requirements. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in USA and uses metal foil strain gauge technology.
