What should I do prior to sending my unit in for recalibration? We ask that you remove all fixtures from your unit. Please include all cables; and if you would like a full system calibration, please include the instrument paired with your sensor. If your unit arrives with fixtures attached, FUTEK reserves the right to decline your request for recalibration.

Does FUTEK offer on-site calibration services? Yes, depending on proximity to our HQ in Irvine, CA. Please contact us to inquiry if your facility is within the allotted proximity.

Can FUTEK calibrate instruments individually? Yes! We offer calibration services for all sensors, all instruments, and all sensors plus instruments.

What if I require an expedited recalibration? Typically our turn-around time for recalibrations is 7 business days once the unit is received. If you require an expedited turn-around, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your due date.
