Returns/Exchanges
What is your return policy/ do you do exchanges?
  • Units must be returned within 30 calendar days of buyer's receipt of shipment and upon Sales Department approval. 20% restocking fee will apply with a minimum of $150, whichever is greater. 
  • Times is of the essence. Units must be received with 14 days from the RMA date is issued to qualify for the restocking fee stated at the time of RMA creation. Items received after this date may have an adjusted restocking fee. 
  • Credit to be issued upon evaluation determining the condition of the units. Any alterations to  the unit will void the return. Example - trimming lead wires. 
  • Parts that are considered custom or modified builds do not qualify for return.
  • Accessories, cables, services, and software do not qualify for returns. 
  • Only item(s) purchased through FUTEK, or official representative may be returned for credit.

Items sold by FUTEK and shipped to destinations in California are subject to tax unless a resale certificate is provided.
How can I qualify for Net 30? (FUTEK Credit Application)?
You need to submit your application together with three credit references and one bank to us at sales@futek.com . Once your credit has been verified, you will be qualified for NET30. Please contact us for further information at:

What shipment options does FUTEK offer?
For US we offer Ground, Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day. For international, we offer Economy and Expedited.
What is partial shipment?
Partial shipment is offered to customers that have placed orders for several products but only a limited amount is available for shipping. In such cases, we offer to ship out what is available until the remainder of the order becomes available. Partial shipment order option is always confirmed with customers prior to shipping.
Does FUTEK offer insurance on the shipment?
Yes. For those who are placing their orders online, an “insure shipment” option will appear once you have configured your entire order.
