Calibrations and Recalibrations

We welcome your FUTEK and non-FUTEK items for calibration. Upon submittal of this form, a calibration number with shipping instructions will be provided within 24 hours.

Terms and Conditions

More information on our calibration services is available here. To avoid delay, please ensure the following:

Items are free of lubricants and chemicals, such as oils and grease.
Non-standard fixtures and attachments are removed from sensors.
For non-FUTEK sensors and instruments, all cables and connectors are included.
Power supplies and manuals for non-FUTEK instruments are included.
Received items that are contaminated, or with non-standard fixtures, may be returned for attention to then be resubmitted to FUTEK.

The user represents that he/she (i) has authority to send any information he/she provides to FUTEK and (ii) FUTEK will use the information solely for purposes of responding to the inquiry presented.
