Description

The Low Profile Tension & Compression Load Cell offers a compact design for inline loading applications. With a height of only 1”, the LRF350 is a great selection for tight spaces where compression load cell application is required. The Standard LRF350 Low Profile Tension & Compression Load Cell model has female/female threads, 2024 Aluminum construction (150 - 300 lb) or 17-4 stainless steel (500 – 1,000 lb). It is well suited for high capacity requirements and for any applications that require a lower capacity range, please refer to the LRF300 or LRF325.


With all of its design features the Low Profile Load Cells have a high accuracy with a Nonlinearity of ±0.1%, deflection of 0.0025” to 0.0035” nominal and an operating temperature of -60° F to 200° F. This Load Cell can be modified or customized to meet your requirements and most capacities are in our inventory, making them available for 24 hour shipping. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in the US and uses metal foil strain gauge technology.


The Low Profile Force Sensor Series are effective, reliable, and highly precise. These popular load and force transducers feature metal foil strain gage technology and signal conditioning electronics surrounded by fully welded metal body for easy integration and durability. 


Capable of measuring forces from 200 lbs to 1,000 lbs with overload protection, low profile load cells are found in a variety of test and measurement applications such as in-line loading applications, durability testing, material fatigue testing, component life cycle and general structural testing.


FUTEK’s low profile button load cell offers a compact design which features exceptional structural capability to withstand extraneous loads, such as torque, bending moments, and side loads (off axis loads).
Low Profile Load Cells are available with in-line signal conditioned amplifier: USB, differential, analog or digital output.


You will find a broad capacity range and material options of 2024 Aluminum or 17-4 Stainless Steel. The series features a compact design with accurate measurements in both Tension and compression.
