FUTEK's Ebenezer Ferreira, Ehsan Mokhberi and Thomas Bowles talk about success and innovation in medicine's most groundbreaking field.
In robotic surgery, haptic feedback sensor technology allows surgeons to perform as if they had virtual hands. It improves organic tissue manipulation, reduces suture breakage and increases the quality of feeling overall.
Developing haptic feedback sensors is a demanding and highly sophisticated process that requires advanced design and manufacturing capabilities. In their presentation, FUTEK's Ebenezer Ferreira and Thomas Bowles will discuss what it takes to overcome technical obstacles while maintaining precision in this complex and resource-limited new product environment.
