FUTEK Units
Each FUTEK product has a unique 5 to 7 digit serial number located on the product body, the original packaging, the calibration sheet provided with the unit, or gray label.

Non-FUTEK Units
Refer to the original manufacturer documentation for the following information starting with Serial Number, then as requested Manufacturer, Model Number, and Capacity of Unit (if a sensor).

Please find and enter either your FUTEK or Non-FUTEK product serial number.
Please be advised, if your Instrument was calibrated with a Sensor - use the Sensor Serial Number.
Instrument Serial Numbers will only return information when they were calibrated on their own.
