What is your return policy/ do you do exchanges?
We offer a 90 calendar day return or exchange on any unused sensors and instruments purchased directly through FUTEK. Please note software and completed services are not eligible for returns.
Upon approval, the following restocking fees will apply with a minimum of $150 or 20% (whichever is greater).
1-30 Days = 20%
31-60 Days = 40%
61-90 Days = 60%
91-120 Days = 80%

What shipment options does FUTEK offer?
For US we offer Ground, Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day. For international, we offer Economy and Expedited.
What is partial shipment?
Partial shipment is offered to customers that have placed orders for several products but only a limited amount is available for shipping. In such cases, we offer to ship out what is available until the remainder of the order becomes available. Partial shipment order option is always confirmed with customers prior to shipping.
Does FUTEK offer insurance on the shipment?
Yes. For those who are placing their orders online, an “insure shipment” option will appear once you have configured your entire order.
