Bending beam design

The LBB200 Cantilever Bending Beam Load Cell has a slim package (2.56in [65.0mm] length, 0.28in [7.0mm] width, 0.12in [3mm] to 0.18in [4.6mm] height) that makes it ideal for OEM applications. Utilized in compression, the LBB200 measures force and surface pressure while offering an impressive capacity range from 0.25 lb [1.1 N] to 25 lbs [111 N]. With its miniature size, the LBB200 Load Cell is ideal for tight environments. The LBB200 Load Cell is made of aerospace-grade 17-4 precipitation-hardened stainless steel, which provides high strength, high hardness, low hysteresis and creep properties, and corrosion resistance over a wide temperature range. It features a #28 AWG, 4-conductor, braided and shielded PVC cable that is 1 ft [0.3 m] long.

As a part of FUTEK’s original product line, the LBB200 is a low-cost load cell that is available at approximately half the price of FUTEK’s average load cells and force sensors. Standard models are in stock and available for 24-hour shipping, but this model can also be modified or customized to meet your requirements. Similar to our entire load cell product line, this low-cost force sensor model is manufactured in the U.S.
