For over two decades, FUTEK has been a leader in sensor miniaturization, researching and developing high-performing micro-miniature sensor load cells (aka mini load cell) that push the boundaries of measurement technology. These models measure both tension and compression, have a collective capacity range from 10 grams to 20000 pounds of force, and are ideal for applications that require high precision and endurance. The Nano load cell series includes micro-miniature sensors with unprecedented capabilities. Mounting provisions in this series include load button, through-hole, and monolithic crip, an industry breakthrough for a sensor this small. In addition, the Nano sensors' multi element, side load compensated 1000 Ohm full-bridge instrumentation is encased with laser-welded construction with patent-pending non-active interconnect packaging providing environmental protection. The Nano sensors (aka subminiature load cells), open up a world of possibilities for industries such as advanced automation, semiconductor, electronics assembly, and robotic tactile sensing.
