Model QLA133 is a Custom Pancake Load Cell designed for compression applications. The sensor has eight bolt-down holes along its outer diameter for easy mounting. It is available in light weight 200 lb capacity Anodized Aluminum and a fatigue rated 150 lb capacity 17-4 Stainless Steel version. This custom pancake has integrated analog output to allow simplified integration into PLC controllers. Typical applications for the QLA133 include press assembly, automotive seat and material testing where eccentric and extraneous loads could occur.
