FSH01927 4 Channel Summing Junction Box
The IAC200 is a summing junction box designed to combine one to four strain-gauge sensor inputs into a single measurement output, reducing wiring, instrumentation, and overall system complexity. Available in native mV/V, voltage, and current output configurations, the IAC200 connects directly to a wide range of instrumentation, PLCs, and data-acquisition systems.
With individual channel adjustment, configurable channel selection, and an IP65 rated housing, the IAC200 is a practical solution for multi-sensor summed measurement in industrial, laboratory, and field environments.
Selectable 1-4 Channel Summation
DIP-switches allow selection and combination of one to four strain-gauge inputs into a single output signal.
Individual Channel Adjustment
Channel specific span adjustment compensates for differences in sensor sensitivity and load-distribution.
Multiple Output Options
Native mV/V, ±5 VDC, ±10 VDC, and 4–20 mA, 0–20 mA, 5–25 mA, or 12 ± 8 mA outputs ensure compatibility with a wide range of PLCs and data-acquisition systems.
Rugged Enclosure
IP65-rated polycarbonate housing protects internal electronics from dust and water ingress.
Simplified Installation
Screw terminal blocks, cable strain relief, and dual mounting holes simplify wiring and installation.
