USB225 Pro delivers high-performance signal conditioning in an ultra-compact form factor, replacing traditional analog electronics and data acquisition systems. Featuring high resolution, ultra-low non-linearity, and selectable sampling rates, this streamlined device delivers exceptional accuracy and reliability in both dynamic and precision-critical applications. Live fault detection provides real-time feedback on wiring, sensor connection, and out of range temperature issues, helping ensure reliable measurements, longer uptime, and safer operation. With an input range up to 16 mV/V, USB225 Pro supports a wide variety of sensors across load, torque, pressure, and displacement measurement applications. Powered via USB, it connects directly to a computer for quick, plug and play setup, enabling real-time data acquisition and display.

Calibrated for Maximum Performance
Maximize measurement accuracy and performance by calibrating your sensor and USB225 Pro together. Standalone calibration of the USB225 Pro or third-party sensors is also available in our state-of-the-art in-house lab. All calibrations are NIST-traceable and performed in accordance with ANSI Z540-1 and ISO 17025 best practices. A2LA-accredited calibration is available for regulated applications requiring formal certification.
Multiple Fault Detection
Provides live fault detection and health checks for wiring, sensor connection, and out-of-range temperature issues, helping maintain data integrity, maximize system uptime, and protect system components. On-board temperature measurement alerts users when the device operates outside its specified range of –4°F to 175°F (–20°C to 80°C).

TEDS Compliant for Plug-and-Play
Automatically reads a sensor’s serial number, sensitivity, and other key calibration data and relays it to SENSIT® software, minimizing configuration time and setup errors. Multiple profile capability supports seamless switching between different sensors, making the system cost-effective and simple to operate.
Ultra-High Sampling
Supports 16 selectable sampling rates from 2.5 SPS to 38.4 kSPS, optimized for high-speed data acquisition. The ultra-high sampling capability enables precise capture of rapidly changing signals, impacts, and transient events. This makes it well suited for dynamic force and strain measurements where rapid signal changes must be captured with precise timing.
RTD Temperature Measurement for Compensation
Supports RTD (PT1000) temperature sensing to provide accurate external temperature readings alongside strain-gauge measurements. The temperature data can be used by the host system to perform temperature compensation or apply correction algorithms as required by the application. While the device does not perform temperature compensation internally, the RTD input enables users to monitor thermal conditions and incorporate temperature-based corrections within their own processing or control systems.
