Load Washer Load Cell

The LLW200 is a Load Washer Load Cell built for Press or Inline compression applications. The LLW200 Load Washer Load Cell standard model has a very robust construction available in 17-4 Stainless Steel, a 0.25” ID and a 10 feet long 29 AWG 4 conductor spiral shielded Teflon cable.

The Washer Type Load Cell offers high stiffness with a Deflection of 0.002” nominal. The Load Cell Washer can be modified or customized to meet your requirements and most capacities are in our inventory, making them available for quick delivery. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in USA and uses metal foil strain gauge technology.

LLW200 Load Washer Load Cell can also be utilized as a replacement for load indicating washers, DTI washers, or ASTM F959 washers. Load Indicator Washers are used to help determine when a structural bolt connection is installed to the correct tension. Traditional DTI washers employ a feeler gauge to measure the compression of raised nibs on the washer as the nut is tightened. LLW Series or Donut / Thru-Hole Load cells are installed between the bolt head and the nut, where it can measure the load as torque is applied. Relative to traditional load indicating washers, force washer load cell is a great method to measure and register clamping force during bolt fastening. The data can be monitored online throughout torquening via FUTEK’s IPM650 Panel Mount Display or IHH500 Intelligent Digital Hand Held Display; or it can be streamed to a computer via FUTEK’s USB Solutions.
