Model LCB200 is a Rod End Load Cell (Tension and Compression) designed for applications involving Inline Actuators or Hydraulic Jacks with Male/Female Threads. This model is well suited for the mid range capacity requirements (1,000 lb – 3,000 lb) offering high endurance and excellent accuracy. For any applications that require a higher capacity range, please refer to the LCB400, LCB450 and LCB500
This Rod End Load Cell has high accuracy and high stiffness. It has Nonlinearity of ±0.5%, Bridge Resistance of 1000 ohms, and Deflection of 0.0005" to 0.0015"nominal. The standard LCB200 Rod End Load Cell (Tension/Compression) can be modified or customized to meet your requirements, and most capacities are in our inventory, making them available for 24 hour shipping.
Commonly industrial applications involving electric actuators require the precise measurement of the load being applied by the actuator, and thus a linear actuator with force sensor is required (e.g. force-controlled linear actuator). LCB200 load cell is suitable for direct mounting on the cylinder rod. They can, for example, be used to measure contact forces or overloads.
