The LTH300 Donut/Through Hole Load Cell is a miniature, low-profile sensor designed for applications requiring the load structure to pass through the sensor. With a capacity range of 50 to 1000 lb (22.7 to 453.6 kg), it is perfect for space-constrained setups while delivering exceptional performance in monitoring compression loads. The monolithic gauge design, combined with FUTEK’s proprietary strain gauge technology, ensures high accuracy and repeatability, even under off-axis and extraneous loads. Weighing just 2 oz (57 g), the LTH300’s lightweight design integrates seamlessly into various systems without sacrificing precision.

This load cell offers excellent thermal performance, operating efficiently in extreme temperatures from -60°F to 200°F (-50°C to 93°C). With robust construction from 17-4 PH stainless steel, the LTH300 ensures long-term durability, while its RoHS compliance guarantees safety. Key dimensions include a compact height of 0.28 in (7.1 mm) and a diameter of 0.98 in (24.9 mm), with inner diameters ranging from 1/8 in to 3/8 in (3.2 mm to 9.5 mm). Its low deflection of just 0.001 in (0.025 mm) and high natural frequency enable faster response times, making it ideal for dynamic applications. The non-linearity of ±0.5% of RO ensures precise measurements, while the 29 Awg 4 Conductor Spiral Shielded Teflon Cable provides secure connections for reliable operation.
