The LSB350 is a high-performance load cell with a compact design that is available in capacities ranging from 500lb to 2000lb. Available in both anodized aluminum and stainless steel construction, and with female threads that are available in English or metric threads, it features a 4-pin Lemo cable connector for easy installation and maintenance.
The high accuracy and thermally compensated load cell is suitable for critical applications that have large temperature swings. It is also available in versions that have vacuum compatibility, higher IP rating, and high-temperature compensation.
The LSB350 measures 3in × 1.12in × 2in (76.2mm × 28.4mm × 50.8mm) with a weight of only 7.5oz (212g) for aluminum models and 18oz (510g) for stainless steel models. This makes the highly compact LSB350 suitable for applications where other sensors of similar capacity just won’t fit because of size constraints.
The LSB350 delivers a highly accurate performance with a deflection of 0.010in, 0.015in, 0.016in nom and nonlinearity at ±0.1%.
LSB350 provides reliable performance over a wide temperature range of –60 to 200°F (–50 to 93°C), –40 to 180°F (–40 to 82°C) (Cable Version). The excellent thermal performance allows you to use the sensor in various applications and environments.
A high-quality 4-Pin Lemo connector allows for easy and simple cable connection and disconnection. A damaged sensor cable can be replaced without having to replace or disassemble the LSB350 sensor or any other system component, which saves time, leads to higher system availability and reduces the total cost of ownership. It also simplifies the installation process, reducing installation time and maximizing uptime.
LSB350 is available in both anodized aerospace-grade aluminum and high-strength, 17-4 aerospace-grade stainless steel construction. The aluminum construction for 500 to 1000lb capacities provides superior performance, resistance to a wide range of harsh environmental conditions, and an extremely long life span. The 2000lb models are made of aerospace quality 17-4 precipitation hardened stainless steel, one of the best material options for load cells. It provides high strength, high hardness, and corrosion resistance over a wide temperature range.

The LSB350 has been tested by FUTEK’s world-class calibration department and is NIST traceable. We can also reduce hidden costs and setup time by calibrating your sensor with FUTEK electronics of your choice. In addition, we offer calibration to ANSI Z540-1 and ISO 17025 standards upon request.
