A Turnkey System at Your Fingertips

Using SENSIT^® with FUTEK sensors and electronics creates an end-to-end workflow that simplifies configuration, data collection, and analysis while helping to reduce setup time and costs.

Live graphing mode

Displays sensor readings graphically, making it easier to identify trends in real time. Supports configurable plots of sensor measurements, such as Peak, Tracking, Valley, and Power, as well as Angle and RPM when using a compatible rotary torque and encoder setup. New plot options include Torque vs. Angle, Torque vs. RPM, Power vs. RPM, and Torque and Power vs. RPM, with smooth-line or scatter views.

Multi-Sensor Support

Measures up to 16 channels simultaneously, enabling users to display, record, and analyze data in a single interface.

Flexible Configuration

Allows easy switching among tracking, peak, valley, tare, and gross measurement modes as well as adjusting display settings such as decimal formats.

Streamlined data logging

Records data at rates up to 38,400 samples per second, depending on instrumentation and application setup, with export to Excel for further analysis.

Math and Sum Channels

Performs calculations on real-time readings or combines data from multiple devices for analysis.

Event triggering and alarms

Lets users set thresholds and triggers for specific events or measurements, with alerts when predefined conditions are met or exceeded.

TEDS Support

Plug and play sensor setup lets SENSIT^® automatically read model, serial number, and calibration data from TEDS-enabled sensors, reducing manual entry and setup errors. SENSIT^® Calibration can also write updated calibration data to the sensor.

Custom calibration

Available in SENSIT^® calibration: Calibrate FUTEK sensors and digital electronics in-house to meet your application’s requirements.

Guided Setup & Updates

Provides quick access to user settings, including sampling rate, unit conversion, and other device settings. Guides users through key workflows like data logging and real-time graphing, helping to simplify setup and navigation. Checks for the latest SENSIT^® software version and notifies users when an update is available.
