QSH02194 Automotive Pedal Force Sensor

The LAU200 Pedal Force Load Cell offers an ideal solution for Automotive Applications.  Pedal Force Sensors are designed to measure load applied to the brake, accelerator, and clutch pedals during acceleration, deceleration, and transmission shift events. From its 17-4PH Stainless Steel one piece construction to its low profile design (Off-center loading error of <4%), the LAU200 Pedal Load Cell offers a great measurement system with impressive tolerances. This unit comes with a removable mounting plate and it includes a Lemo mating connector with PVC cable. 


FUTEK Pedal Load Cell sensors are suitable for automotive testing in support of the following standards:


  • SAE J2909: Light Vehicle Dry & Wet Stopping Distance Test Procedure (brake testing);
  • ECE R13H: Provisions for passenger cars braking;
  • ISO 7975: Passenger cars — Braking in a turn — Open-loop test method.


The LAU200 Pedal Force Load Cell is manufactured in US, and similar to our entire Load Cell product line, uses metal foil strain gauge technology.
